Business Description	Veterinary Hospital Dr Anne James is from El Paso Texas She is the oldest daughter of eight children and loves her large family Her summers growing up were spent at her family s ranch in Alabama where her love for animal care began in caring for the ranch and breeding horses along with cattle She began college at Texas Tech University and completed her undergraduate degree with a bachelors in Animal Science then immediately entered veterinary school at Texas A M University She received her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine degree in 1989 After veterinary school Dr James practiced in San Antonio at Acres North Animal Hospital for 12 years Dr James professional interests include soft tissue surgery as well as internal medicine Dr James founded Blanco Crossing Veterinary Hospital in December of 2002 with the strong desire to provide excellent service and care for her patients and their owners Dr James has two children both following in her footsteps as Texas A M Aggies Her son Byrne graduated in December of 2018 with a degree in business and now holds a career in banking Her daughter Megan is a member of the class of 2022 majoring in communications When not at work Dr James enjoys spending time with her family She loves horses any kind of sports and of course anything Aggie Her other family members include Fritz a dapple dachshund that you can often find helping the receptionists up front Our pet-loving staff is small but passionate about quality veterinary care Compassionate patient care is our top priority We share our lives with dogs cats and other little creatures so we understand our clients desire to find the right group of people to trust with their pets care Yaramin has been a veterinary technician at Blanco Crossing Vet since 2005 She is originally from El Paso She moved to San Antonio right after graduating from the liberal arts college at Schreiner University in Kerrville She graduated with a B S degree in Biology with strong dreams of pursuing a veterinary medical degree one day She now calls San Antonio her home along with four fur babies Paco BeetleJuice Diego and Tesla She loves her job with a passion Helping patients and their owners is what she strives for She always welcomes learning about new medical advancements Linda is a receptionist arriving at our hospital in 2015 She is always excited to greet our clients and help in any way possible She enjoys spending time with her husband two daughters and her Aussie Cash She recently adopted a German Shorthaired Pointer named Harper who is full of energy Linda also loves spending time with her family at their property in the Texas Hill Country Jacky arrived at Blanco Crossing in 2018 and has been a huge help ever since She is a native San Antonian and enjoys spending time with her kids and adorable animals She is the proud mom to four dogs Nacho Taco Miller and Magic She is a French Bulldog enthusiast but loves all animals equally She is always offering a helping hand to anyone who needs it and is here to give your animals nothing but love and maybe even a treat Kris has been a receptionist with us since 2019 She is friendly helpful and knowledgeable about many things regarding your furry friends She is originally from Arizona but has lived in Texas for most of her life She loves spending time with her grandchildren and being an adoptive mom to Fritz Dr James dachshund We like to say she gets weekday custody of him She has a dog named Molly and a kitty named Ziza She is always willing to help and does so with a smile Abby is one of our technicians and has been a member of our team since 2020 She is originally from Natalia Texas which is a small town south of San Antonio She doesn t currently have any pets which gives her room to love on everyone else s that much more Outside of work she loves spending time with her friends and family She is hardworking and always open to learning more and more about the veterinary field Michelle is the newest addition to Blanco Crossing and has worked up front as receptionist since 2020 She is more than happy to help with anything you may need and is always excited to answer any questions you may have She is originally from Oklahoma but now calls Texas home She is the proud mom of two boys and two dogs named Lexi and Stella She enjoys being outdoors especially at the lake baking and spending time with her family We are so happy to have her with us and she truly completes our team Staff blancocrossingvet com
