Mast cell tumors are the most common skin tumors in dogs and can appear anywhere on the body. Whereas squamous cell carcinoma typically affects older dogs.
Malignant Melanoma, on the other hand, is usually found on the mouth or mucous membranes, although it can also appear on hairy parts of the body.
Some of the common symptoms of skin cancer in dogs are lumps or bumps, sudden change in size or shape of mole or wart, skin irritation or itchiness, and swelling of lymph nodes
