2. Bernedoodle (Bernese Mountain Dog + Poodle)

Since both the parent dog breeds are working dogs, the Bernedoodle won’t mind cuddling with you on the couch. They are easier to train since they are highly intelligent dogs.

3. Labradoodle (Labrador Retriever + Poodle)

5. Aussiedoodle (Australian Shepherd + Poodle)

Since both the parents are working dogs, the Aussiedoodle is a highly intelligent dog breed, They need a lot of exercise to burn their energy, so running around outside or doing something mentally stimulating keeps them busy.

6. Rottle (Rottweiler + Poodle)

You can call them in many names, a Rottie Poo, Rottie Doodle, a Rottie Poodle or simple a Rottle. It is well known that a Rottweiler is a very intelligent yet stubborn dog to take care of for a new owner.

When you mix those genes with a poodle, the result is a highly intelligent, stubborn, and athletic dog breed. These dogs need a lot of outdoor space to just run around and burn their energy. Active owners, they are great as hiking and running partners.

7. Sheepadoodle (Old English Sheepdog + Poodle)

8. Foodle (Fox Terrier + Poodle)

When a Fox Terrier is mixed with a poodle the outcome is something so cute that you would wanna snuggle with it all the time. Their best qualities are being attentive, easy to train, and very alert to their surroundings.

A foodle is a great dog if you have a small living space since they are smaller dogs. They are great with other animals and even small children, but proper socialization is required.

9. Yorkiepoo (Yorkshire Terrier + Poodle)

10. Schnoodle (Schnauzer + Poodle)

The Schnauzer and Poodle mix or a Schnoodle was first bred in the 1980s to 1990s. And just like any other poodle mix, the Schnoodle is a great family dog. This breed is sometimes known as the Snickerdoodle.

Known for being highly friendly, loving, and playful, they are great with kids and other animals. These doodle dogs are great as therapy or lap dogs and even performance dogs since they love getting attention.

11. Shih-Poo (Shih Tzu + Poodle)

By nature they are affectionate, friendly and quite playful, but because of their size they are a bit fragile.They love to snuggle with their parents and would never miss an opportunity to sit on your lap or get inside the blanket with you.

12. Boxerdoodle (Boxer Dog + Poodle)

It has not been long since Boxerdoodles became popular, but they are well known for their friendly, active and playful nature. They need a place for playing and a fenced yard is best for them to play and run. They also require a lot of exercise.

If they are trained and socialized they become great companions for kids, and they love to be surrounded by people, so they make great family dogs. They can be small or large, depending on the parent they were bred from.

13. Irish Doodle ( Irish Seter + Poodle)

Irish doodles are known as Irish Setterdoodle, Doodle Setter, Irish Poo Setter and Irish Setterpoo as well. This breed of doodle dog is known to be a great retrievers and hunter. Apart from being playful, intelligent, and active, they are also sensitive. 

They make great companions for other pets and children and thus are great family dogs. But it is important to keep them mentally and physically stimulated, otherwise they might become destructive.
